Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within thirty days of receipt, by emailing help@moonsterleather.com and we will provide you with a returns Authorisation Number and address. Please ensure that you quote your order number together with a brief description of the reason for cancellation/return so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible.

Please note that you will be responsible for any postage costs. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.


Damages and issues

Hassle-free 365 Day Warranty:

Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, defective, or damaged. If this is the case, you can either choose a free replacement or a full refund without having to return your product. We may require photograph proof of what the problem is.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
